Process Manager for Service Management Office (SMO)

Your responsibilities as Process Manager
In your role as Process Manager your main focus will be to plan and execute process implementation projects within our newly established support organisation. As part of Ramboll Support Organisation (RSO) we aim at delivering high value support through lean and optimized processes. We are responsible for all IT support processes within the ITIL framework and rely on BPMN 2.0 for all process documentation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders from all global support functions and support staff based out of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Germany, USA and India.

As Process Manager, your core responsibilities also encompass:

  • Driving process improvement initiatives across support functions
  • Coaching and facilitating process workshops for managers and employees
  • Contributing to continuous development of our SMO processes and tools

You and your competencies
You are either:

An experienced process consultant and are able to take initial process ideas and mature them into well-planned process improvement projects through dialogue and collaboration. You have a structured approach and understand how to apply methodologies such as DMAIC, Kaizen, LEAN and Six Sigma in your work. And finally you are confident in working with stakeholders at all levels and managing process improvement projects across a global and multicultural organization of dedicated professionals.

Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (M.Sc, Cand.oecon, Cand.merc or similar)
  • Relevant process management certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, TIPA, BPMN)
  • 5-10 years process management experience from the IT industry

Or:

You have a couple of years of experiences in working in processes and have a strong improvement mindset. You know IT and some basic process frameworks and want to develop your skills further

Key qualifications

  • Master’s degree (M.Sc, Cand.oecon, Cand.merc or similar)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Structured approach to your work
  • Some project management skills
  • Like to be methodological
